We provide food assistance for individuals and families in need who reside within Cedar County. Assistance is limited to twice a month.

3rd Saturday of each month from 9-10:00am or by appointment

We have over 20 different programs and services to assist those of low income to “help people help themselves” become self-sufficient.

Voluntary Action Council aims to serve the needs of the community in West Liberty School District. Services include; food pantry, clothing and furniture placement, emergency aid, and transportation. The clothing and furniture placement program is administered through a voucher system by West Liberty area churches to Goodwill.
