The Jubilee Community Center is a safe, comfortable and welcoming place for case-workers and caregivers to bring their clients and family to socialize and work toward their individual goals.

Activities include playing board games or cards, putting a puzzle together, baking cookies or just hanging out. The center is equipped with computers, video games, a karaoke machine, a kitchen and TV with DVD player for movies.

Senior and Senior groups are welcome to meet and socialize, play cards, boards games or work on a craft project. The Jubilee Community Center is potentially open to community groups for an activity or meeting. Please call to make arrangements.

The Alternative Community Treatment program is for youth ages 11-17 living in Des Moines, Lee, and Louisa counties. The goal is to decrease the need for these individuals to be placed outside of the home.

Programming includes skill development classes, Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART), community service projects, healthy interactions, team building activities, and weekly individual and family therapy.

Youth may be referred by the Juvenile Court Services or families my choose a private pay option.
