We assist senior citizens ages 60+ with translations, advocacy, case management with local/government agencies and referrals.

Staff is accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals to educate and assist immigrants and refugees with their immigration process.

Our program of the New Iowans Initiative provides mini loans to clients going through the immigration process and also takes passport photos.

We work toward unity by coordinating Muscatine's International Fair to promote diversity. We also provide presentations to civic groups on DSCI's services. Serving families from Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois since March 1, 2001
