The Jubilee Community Center provides a safe, respectful, fun environment for visitors of all ages.
We offer daily "drop-in" recreational activities free of charge to members of the Muscatine community.
Our facility has public computers with internet access, a small reading library, board games, puzzles, crafts, video games, air hockey table and a large flat screen TV with a variety of movies for both kids and adults. We also offer a full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave.
Special events, programs and upcoming activities are posted on our website. Our center is open to the public, handicap accessible and special needs friendly.

The Muscatine branch of Special Olympics Iowa is hosted and run by the Muscatine Community YMCA.
This program provides year-round sports training and competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities. They also hold various fundraisers and community activities to raise money for the program.
