The 24/7 Dads program is a 12-week curriculum based program empowering males to become more involved, responsible, and committed in their role as a father-figure. The program focuses on improving a fathers' self-awareness, caring for self, fathering skills, parenting skills, and relationship skills. The program covers the universal aspects of fatherhood so that men of all cultures, races, religions, and backgrounds can benefit. The curriculum is 24-hours in length and designed to provide empowerment and support and a father friendly environment.

DivorceCare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each session has two distinct elements:
A Seminar with Experts
During the first 30–40 minutes of the meeting, each DivorceCare group watches a video seminar featuring top experts on divorce and recovery subjects. These videos are produced in an interesting-to-watch television magazine format featuring expert interviews, real-life case studies and on-location video.
A Support Group with Focus
After viewing the video, DivorceCare group participants spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in that week's video seminar and what is going on in the lives of group members.

The Domestic Violence Intervention Program provides crisis intervention, advocacy and support services to adult and youth victims of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and trafficking.
Our 24 hour hotline is answered by certified domestic abuse advocates that can assist with emergency safety, brief counseling, emergency housing, safety planning, and assistance with community systems such as law enforcement, courts, health services and DHS.
The Mission of the Domestic Violence Intervention Program is to provide comprehensive support and advocacy services to victim/survivors, focusing on immediate and long-term safety, empowerment, dignity, and hope.

Family Program Services of the Muscatine Community YMCA
Family Program Services (FPS) provides programming to families through group support. Several groups are held each week including those for teen parents, Spanish speaking mothers, parents with children 0-grade school, parents with children in middle and high school, and grandparents raising grandchildren. Programming includes parenting education, self-sufficiency, respite, family focus, and grandparents raising grandchildren support. FPS also provides family strengthening educational workshops, family bonding activities, job seeking skills, child sexual abuse prevention, and cost saving techniques, etc. All programs are free and open to the public whether or not they are YMCA members. Community referrals for families are an integral part of programming. Childcare and transportation are provided for all services.

Friends and Fitness at the Muscatine Community YMCA provides child care while moms join an exercise class and then provides lunch for both mother and child(ren). This is a free program offered every Tuesday from 9:30am-12:00pm. A YMCA membership is not required to participate. The child care is provided by staff from the YMCA child care program. A bilingual facilitator is also present for Spanish-speaking families.
