Donated Dental Services is a program that connects dental providers who are willing to donate their (non-emergency) services with individuals who might not be able to pay for dental care otherwise.
Eligibility: Individuals lacking adequate income to pay for the dental services who meet at least one of the following:
-having a permanent disability
-65 years of age or older
-meet definition of "medically fragile"
